Originally born and raised in San Antonio for over 35 years before relocating to Austin. Her hobbies are making over pieces of furniture, home décor, before/after projects, travel and meeting new people. This is the home where she raised her daughter and after moving away for college this home became too big for one. She then quickly learned about short term rentals and became very excited about turning her hobby into a fun gig. They have now successfully been hosting weekend family vacations, girls getaways, church retreats, college graduations, BMT Military Graduations, corporate housing, relocations, insurance claims, job transfers, weekly and monthly stays.
Santos is originally from San Antonio and studied mechanical engineering. Santos went on to enlist in the US Army where he spent most of his time as a Communications specialist throughout Central and South America. Santos spent eight years in the US Army and was honorably discharged as a Communications Sergeant then spent fifteen years in the government sector working in Washington DC. Santos moved back to Texas where he met Jennifer where they currently reside in Austin Texas and works as a network engineer.
